So we kicked off with our first Dim Sum workshop for 2019/20 showing students how to make vegetarian & meat/fish Chinese steamed dumplings. A few weren't able to make it along on the day because of illness, but those who did worked tirelessly preparing, making, steaming then eating there way through a feast of Chinese delights. So many were left that they were all able to take some home to share with their host families... Well thats what they said they were going to do!
